Government College ensures that it incorporates the feedback from stakeholders for its effective functioning. The feedback from direct stakeholders, the teaching staff, the non teaching staff and the students are taken and the indirect stakeholders the parents of the students and the employers, alumnae and the board of studies members.

2. Feedback from Staff members
☛a. feedback on Lecturer taken every year to build a cordial working environment
☛b. On Management when ever Administrative audit is done or when needed, to facilitate the overall functioning.
3. Feedback from Stake holders
☛a. Annually During parents' teachers meeting, the parents will be given a feedback form and it will be collected and analysed by the IQAC
☛b. Feedback is collected annually from the employers providing recruitments in campus to know about the curriculum and college functioning
☛c. During the annual alumnae meet feedback is taken from the alumnae
