The college has a Grievance Redressal Mechanism by constituting committee: The Staff Grievance Redressal and Students' Grievance Redressal Committee.

The staff members can approach the Staff Grievance Redressal Committee which comprises the Principal, Coordinator . It is the policy of the College to give a patient hearing to the grievances of staff. Confidentiality is maintained & matters are sorted out.

The College meet the staff once and grants an appointment individually when needed. A Suggestion Box is placed in the different places of the campus for staff and students. Staff and students can drop their suggestions and complaints in it.These are duly noted and appropriate action is taken.

The Students' Grievance Redressal Committee comprises the Principal,Coordinator , and members. The students can present their grievances on all matters pertaining to campus life.

Students can also appeal to the Principal through the Controller of Examination on matters pertaining to Internal & External marks.

The Grievance Redresses Mechanism is institutionalized to promote a healthy work ambience & campus life.
